BAY lifts holding in AJF Asset to 76.67% (Bangkok Post)
Bank of Ayudhya has acquired an additional 38.34% shareholding in AJF Asset Management from the JPM group for 10 million baht. The additional purchase makes BAY the biggest shareholder of AJF, with a 76.67% stake, or 1,149,997 shares.
